Nathan & Susan
Dear Expecting Parent,
We would like to begin by expressing our admiration for the strength it takes on your behalf to consider adoption for your baby. It is a courageous and selfless decision, and we would be honored, to be considered as a family for your baby. We understand that you are making a difficult decision, but know we will give this baby so much love.
A LITTLE ABOUT US:
We are Nathan and Susan. We have been married for almost ten years and have a beautiful six year old daughter. We have spent several unsuccessful years trying to grow our family. Over a year ago, Susan, got diagnosed with Cervical Cancer and had to have a Hysterectomy to prevent the spread of the Cancer. Now that is in the past and we both know that in our hearts this is the right time for us to adopt a baby.
Nathan works as an IT Manager, close to home, with flexible working hours. Nathan is the most kind and patient person. He always has time to spend with our daughter. When Nathan is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding and whatever else is thrown at him. He also loves going to the cabin, being outdoors, and riding his bike with the family.
Susan has been working in the pediatric medical field for over fourteen years and truly enjoys helping others and making the world a better place for those little people. In her spare time, she loves going on play dates with her daughter, going on bike rides with the family and scrap booking.
We are a close family. Both sets of our parents play a big part in our lives. Susan’s parents live seven minutes away from our house. We share a house with Nathan’s parents five months of the year. They have their own senior suite in the lowest level of our home. We also have an amazing group of friends who we enjoy spending time with as often as we can.
WHY WE CHOSE ADOPTION:
When we have spoken to our friends and family about our decision to expand our family through adoption, everyone thinks this is perfect!
Adoption has always been a part of Nathan’s life. His parents also struggled with getting pregnant. After several unsuccessful years they chose adoption as a way of growing their family. Nathan has two adopted sisters.
A fun fact about the street we live on is that there have been four of five families who also had struggled to get pregnant, so they too chose the path of adoption as a way of expanding their families.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. If you have any further questions please contact Little Angel Adoptions at 1.888.281.8948.
